Thanks to Mordag and AN for choosing me.
About Me:
33 years old, 5'6, 160lbs.
I lift 3 days a week using a basic split (legs/shoulders, back/triceps, chest/biceps) with each session lasting around 50-70 minutes. I do 30-60 minutes of cardio 2-3 days a week.
I use myfitnesspal to track my calories. My TDEE is around 2350-2400 calories and I usually eat 1800-2200 calories per day.
This is my 7th year teaching so I usually get between 5-6 hours of sleep per weeknight, but the sleep isn't very good. It takes me a while (30+ minutes) to fall asleep and then it's difficult to stay asleep. I'll take melatonin from time to time, although it helps me fall asleep quicker and stay asleep, i usually wake up groggy which i don't like. I've also tried AI 3Z, MAN REM PM, and CL REduction PM.
I'll have some pics up in a few days.

10/16-10/17: took 2 caps about 30 minutes before i went to bed. once i got in bed i was asleep within 10 minutes. slept like a rock, no tossing/turning and didn't wake up in the night, it was really hard to wake up though. i was really sleepy throughout the day which was really annoying.
10/17-10/18: decided to take 1 cap. fell asleep within 15 minutes and had another solid night's sleep w/no interruptions. easier to wake up this time and the sleepy feeling went away about 2 hours after waking.
10/18-10/19: same as previous night.

10/19-10/20: took 1 cap about 20 minutes before bed. took a little longer for me to fall asleep this time. really good/deep sleep without waking up. again i was really tired the following day and needed a lot of caffeine to get through the day. any reason for this?
10/20-10/21- same as previous night. easier to wake up this morning and feeling pretty refreshed.

10/21-10/22 & 10/22-10/23: took 1 cap each night and was asleep within 20 minutes. Slept through the whole night w/out disruptions. Getting easier to wake up but the sleepy/tired/groggy feeling is still there for an hour or two.
The appetite suppression is really noticeable in the morning. I've been eating about 20% less in the morning and skipped breakfast entirely one day.

I'm a teacher, too, man. What do you teach? I teach AP World History, AP Human Geography, and on-level World History courses. I pretty much stay tired. If it weren't for caffeine, I don't know if I could make it! Haha.
Good to see you are having some good quality sleep. Hopefully, the groggy feeling will ease up as you get used to it a bit more.

10/28-11/1: 1 cap is all i need, so the bottle will last a long time. i've noticed that timing is important too. when taken 15 or 20 minutes prior to lights out is the sweet spot for me and i'll be asleep quickly. sometimes i'll forget and take it immediately before getting into bed and then it'll take a while to kick in.
i've been getting really vivid dreams these last few days.

Final Review-
Sleep: 5/5, helps me fall asleep quickly, restful/deep sleep all night without interruptions (tossing/turning/waking up for bathroom)
Fat Loss: 3/5, really helps with appetite suppression in the morning but seems like the fatloss matrix could be better/more thorough
Overall: 4/5, will definitely recommend this product to other teachers who also don't get much sleep during the school year
Thanks again to AN and the reps for this opportunity. Store review posted too.
