    Did really good on my food plan today. It is really important that I consistently stick to this daily discipline. I have got to do better on my school need to knock out two projects and start on my third.

    Wake up at 5:00 on Weekdays and 6:00 on Weekends.
    8......... I woke up at five-o-five. lol
    2. Drink 100 oz of water.
    10/10... Did a very good job of getting my water in.
    3. Follow Food Plan and Times For eating.
    6/10.... I got my calories in but needed a cheat meal to do so.

    4. Workout Every Day But Saturday and Sunday.
    8/10.... I had a killer workout and really pushed the pace the entire 45 min.
    5. Spend at least 30 Min in School on each subject.
    2/10... Did a pitiful job. There are no excuses for failure in life. I just have to do better tomorrow.
    6. Do Cardio Training( Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
    It was not cardio day.
    8. Finish all School at Least Three Days Before.
    2/10... I have school do friday.
    9. Run over BJJ moves (Friday, Sunday, and Tuesday.
    10. Get to sleep at 10 o-clock.
    2/10.... It will be twelve before I go to bed because of school.
    11. Shoot 500 hundred Bball shots on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
    12. Fifteen Min. Of Self Help a night.
    10/10... I listened to Skip along with some other material. I need to order is man-formation soon.

    I am ready to get two projects done and start on the third. I am going to hit chest today after school. I have got to get on my school today where I can be completely focused on my workout.

    I was on the bb forms today and saw some people commenting on whether people were "natural" or not. The conversation essentially boiled down to whatever person was bigger than them had to be using steroids. lol The situation really reminded me of when Skip talks about never limiting oneself; it kinda hit home with me on a personal level to. Although I do not do this in the BB arena, how many times have I made excuses for my performances? While its rarely saying they have more opportunities, normally it is excuses like if only I would have tried harder or started earlier. Even though this is better than blaming external sources for one's failures, if it does not create more work ethic in the end it is for naught also. P.S. Yes this is skips Manformation coming out! lol
