Ditch your meal plan and develop a diet that combines sound nutrition with the foods you enjoy by eating when you see fit in the portions that allow you to achieve your macronutrient and caloric needs while providing sufficient micronutrients, energy and satiety. One can never forget that nutrition is a tool, not a restraint; the enjoyment of life should always come first. Psychological, sociological and emotional health should never be threatened by the attempt to increase physiological health.

Look for Walden Farms barbeque sauces. They are sugar free.

Canned tomato sauce, splenda (or sugar), little garlic powder. Good to go.

A light balsamic vinaigrette or ranch could also work. Salsa. Or just stop being so freaked about a little sugar or fat and work the sauce into your daily nutrition.

Learn to make your own pasta sauce from canned tomato sauce (read the labels to make sure its just tomatoes). Premade pasta sauces tend to have all sorts of funky things in them, and the good ones tend to be fairly pricey.

Plus, I love making pasta sauce. Because I can change it up every time. I'll use the pasta jars that I had previously bought from the store to hold my homemade sauce for the week and have some everyday over pasta. Then the next week, do a different recipe. Sure there is time and clean up involved, but it keeps me sane.
