You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

When i training back / lats i always wear a XXL plain t-shirt, it drowns me, but its just perfect for comfort due to the moments being done, and normally its the good old grey bottoms and just a random plain t shirt, not a fashion statement when i train that's for sure.

I train in my own home gym so I don't need to look decent haha.
When it's chilly I'll throw on some track suit.
Otherwise its just a tshirt and some shorts.Getting me some gains

when running I've accidentally worn the wrong color combo... yellow running shoes, black compression leggings, red high collar long sleeve running shirt, and a yellow wool hat.
As I ran through some neighborhoods I would hear laughter as I passed..."they weren't laughing it me were they?" . When I got home and looked in the mirror... I looked like ronald mcdonald with the yellow/red/yellow. Now I use more caution before I go outside.
