Monday- Chest
-Bench press or Chest press 4x8-12
-Incline press or incline dumbbell press 4x8-12
-decline bench 4x8-12
-dumbbell flies 3x15-20
-cable crossover 4x12-15
Tuesday- Back
-Barbell row or bent over dumbbell row 4x8-12
-Back row 4x10-15
-Wide grip lat pulldown 4x10-12
-Inverted row 3x10-15
Wednesday- Arms
-Preacher curl or barbell curl 4x8-12
-hammer curl 4x8-12
-drag curl 4x10-15
-pull ups 3xamap
-skull crushers 4x8-12
-tricep pull down 4x8-12
-tricep overhead extension 4x8-12
-dips 3xamap
Thursday- Shoulders
-Dumbbell press 4x8-12
-Shrugs 4x15-20
-rear delt raise 4x8-12
-behind neck press 4x8-12
Friday- Legs
-Squats 4x10-15
-Leg press 4x15-20
-Calf raise 4x20-25
-leg extension 4x8-12
