    Exclamation Look ripped before the beach tricks/tips

    Has anyone got any last couple of day things you can do to look as ripped as possible on the beach such as low sodium, high water, low water?

    Am I the only one that understands OP's question here? lol.

    OP look into how bodybuilders prep for show day. Idk anything about it. But ya you can do stuff with your diet to temporarily look more shredded.
