Who is to say that being gay ISN'T actually a mental illness? A gay persons brain is telling them they prefer the same gender when their sex organs are there for the opposite gender. So aren't I right in saying their brain shouldn't be thinking that, in other words an illness in their mentality?

it may not be normal but it is just as natural as anything else. Scientists didn't have anything to do with it so it is natural. They can't choose who they are so you shouldn't be concernin yourself with it.
