How many times per day do you eat?

On a typical day, how many times do you eat? If you go to the fridge between meals and eat a grape, please don't count that.

Just curious. I have typically been a 5-6 meal a day guy, but I'm testing out the same macros on three meals to see how I feel. If I feel more satisfied throughout the day, I'm going to stick with it.

It doesnt matter how many times you eat in the day. As long as you hit your amount of calories/macronutrient targets. Just eat whenever it is convenient for you

3 meals while kind of following IF protocol:

    1. pre-workout: whey shake with milk, PB and 2 bananas
    2. post-workout: 350g chicken breast (cooked with oil) with 1-2 cups of white rice
    3. 3-4 eggs with 2-3 slices of white bread

I feel great on this meal plan. Lots of energy for workouts and long duration of satiety on the post-workout meal. I do this mon-fri, then weekends I just eat anything I want, only keeping track of calories and protein intake.

Usually about 6 or 7 to keep that metabolic furnace stoked. But sometime will do 2 or 3 with some snacks.

Isn't that why deer don't get fat, because they eat 50 tiny meals a day, whereas bears are fat because they eat once and make it last them a whole winter? The latter should definitely consider a casein drip for the several months they are sleeping.

I have one "meal" per day but snack as I desire throughout the day.

I look very lean throughout the day but look overweight as fuk as I go to bed. I like going to bed stuffed.

I eat every 4-6 hours with 6 grams of branched chain amigo acids between meals. This has been proven to be optimal for stimulating muscle protein synthesis and for adding slabs of mass. Stay anabrolic my friends.

6-7x on days where i don't have as many appointments at work, so i have the time to. 4-5x on days where i'm busier. I still stick to the same caloric total of 5500-6000 though regardless, just meal size changes up depending.

I eat 5 times a day. 3 meals and 2 snacks. I am hypoglycemic and need to do that to keep my blood sugar up.

3 or 4. Depends on if we're counting dinner and dessert as separate meals or not.
