    Some of the things I eat a lot are: Eggs,Milk,Beef Jerky,Almonds,Cottage Cheese,Chicken & Rice o roni,Turkey sandwiches w/ Provolone cheese, and these things called pot stickers

    ~Also peanut butter is an incomplete protein and I wouldn't just pound protein to gain wait

    Cottage cheese, almonds, brown rice, lean meats, oats, veggies - protein powder too (helps you reach your required macros)
    Even though you're bulking, still try and keep it somewhat reasonably clean. Help you out in the long run!
