I've been ignoring a shoulder problem for the last 4 months in hope that it would get better but it's affecting my workouts.
When I rotate my left shoulder backwards its ok, but when I rotate it forwards it pops like its not in its socket properly. This is not painful but I don't like making it pop because I feel like it can't be making it better.
The real problem is when I stretch my arm behind my head, it's like a little mini dislocation and I have to roll my shoulder back and forward to get it to a point where there is no pain.
I want to work out at full strength knowing that I don't have to worry about my shoulder when raising my arms above my head.
I don't want to go to a doctor just yet as I can imagine he would say something like don't raise your arms above your head then and make look like an idiot.
Any ideas on what I could do to make my shoulder better would be appreciated.
