Quick question guys, anyone know the nutritional values and cals of chicken gyro, I ran a search and could only find values for a whole pitta including the bread, just want the meat values cause if high fat/protein could be a substantial keto candidate, thanks!

Hello from Greece. If I were you, I wouldn't touch any type of gyro meat, chicken or pork. It is so much processed that it is generally considered an unhealthy choice, maybe taste it once for fun but don't make it a staple in your diet. Also protein is not as high as you would expect from a chicken product and fat is very high. Also, you can't really rely on the quality of this product, pretty much they can sell you whatever they like without any control, you don't know what goes inside that chicken gyro meat. If you are planning on eating from the places that sell gyro meat, some better choices would be chicken breast and chicken souvlaki, if they don't have enough fat for you, you can get the fat from other sources easily.

Thanks I do appreciate what you are saying that I can't get a true nutrient value as the food quality varies, but as an occasional on the go snack I'd like to know roughly how many cals/carbs/protein/fat it provides. I eat souvlaki frequently and Greek olive oil is great! And Greek yogurt, feta cheese. Trust me I don't go hungry over there
