Help! Confused on instructions on taking supplements that say...

Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 6 capsules first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach with 8 oz of water.

IMPORTANT CYCLING GUIDELINES: Use in cycles that include 5 days on, 2 days off per week. Allow up to 4 weeks to attain full effects. Use for no longer than 12 continuous weeks and allow 2 weeks off before resuming use.


I'm confused on the part it says "Use in cycles that include 5 days on, 2 days off per week."


Am I suppose to take them for 5 days, then not take them for 2 days? OR.... Does it want me to keep a workout schedule of 5 days on, 2 days off???

It means take it for 5 days then don't take it for 2
