    If you were 5'11 165 lbs

    and 15% bodyfat, knowing you'd be 8% at around 150-155, would you get to 8% and then lean bulk, or just straight up bulk

    If you care more about gains than how you look towards people you don't know or care about then bulk. You will definitely feel and look better on a clean bulk than you would if you cut at that weight.

    If you cut then you'll just be delaying your progress

    i think around 11% lowest, i was prob like 160lbs at 15% and cut down to 150lbs at 11 in that photo

    cut down first srs. i tried bulking at like 175ish at 17% - looked BAD.

    i dont see the point in extreme bulking unless you want to be fat or if you on the cell tech for a certain portion of the year. clean bulk all the way.

    Looking jooicy for summer bro, I'm thinking about starting my cut in march. I'm currently clean bulking - started at 150lbs currently 170 in 4 months. I have a pretty lean physique, I wish I had an idea of what % I was though.

    I dont understand people who dont wear clothes that fit, if you're 150-160lbs don't wear large shirts lolz, go for small or medium.

    Trust me you may not look like you lift but to the avg person once you're 160+lbs Ripped(9-10%) @ 5'10" you're big.

    I am having second thoughts about cutting in march @ 175lbs... Not sure if the abs are worth not looking big, because those 5'10" at 160lbs guys do not look swole sorry to say

    just eat at maintenance for 2 weeks to a month if you have to, but I would go with a long term bulk overall as cutting to say 6-8% is way way more effort than 10% if you were to bulk again later
