    How important is eating 5-6 meals a day?

    I just can't fit that many meals into my day, yet I still eat a solid diet 300-500 cals below maintainence.

    Is it really that important or should I be ok?

    Meal frequency doesn't matter, just make sure your hitting your macros.

    Not important at all. As long as you get the same calories/macros, it makes no difference whether you eat 1 meal per day or 20.
