First and foremost I would like to Thank Team GAT and Scott Roland for proving me this chance to log the Team Gat musle martini. Right now I am currently doing some strength training since I moved on from PHAT and trying to get cut up right now within the next month or two. Really thought I needed some BCAA's for recovery and hope this goes well. 2 days ago I was really sick and was throwing up all over the place and Scott recommended I take a shake since it has anti-oxidants. Needless to say I actually have been feeling better now. Diet hasn't really been on check lately due to life issues and school. However, I am going to start sticking straight to my plan and hope all goes well.
I will be writing a detailed review when I am done taking the product but here is a small initial summary on my thoughts.
As far as flavor goes it is delicious. It's like a really sweet nice peach mango drink. It's not like other BCAA's that somewhat taste like medicine. This actually is very delicious and appealing. I could drink this as a regular beverage and should make a good beverage for in between meals. Let's see how my progress goes. Pics to be included soon

Everyone is different, gotta find out what works for you. Lifted 5/6 days a week for a long time and it was just to much. Never seemed to fully recover. Went down to 3 and it wasn't enough for me, but I know it's good for others (like big ass extremeone ).. I found 4 to be a sweet spot for me at this point in time.

Sorry if been away for a while. Always keep my logs and reviews top priority but a new job and school to become a certified EMT has been stressing me out pretty bad.

Routine as follows
Workout for the day
Squat
135 x 10
160 x 10
190 x 5
225 x 5
255 3x5

135 3x5
Deads
295 1x5
3x8 dips (body weight)"The mind is its own place and in itself, can make a Heaven of Hell, a Hell of Heaven."

Been busy with clinical volunteering and ride alongs in the ambulance. Sorry for the delay. I don't usually take this long for my logs but I'm going full throttle on everything now.
Time management shall be key.
Workout as follows.
Thus far I am very pleased with the BCAA's. They are simply delicious and the best tasting one's I've had thus far. Not any type of medicine taste to be honest. Tastes like a natural juice.
As far as recovery has gone. When I go jog I feel much better when I am taking them and when I work out intra I feel great as well. So I'm pretty pleased at the moment and haven't had any problems with it dissolving. It's really smooth.
Squat
135 x 10
160 x 10
190 x 5
265 x 5
255 3x5
Bench
80 x 5
120 x 5
135 x5
155 x5
185 3x5
Bent over rows
80 x5
110 x5
135 x5
165 x 5
175 3x5
Rear Delts 3x12
Curls (heavy) 3x8
Traps 3x12"The mind is its own place and in itself, can make a Heaven of Hell, a Hell of Heaven."

Bein busy sucks! Welcome back brotha. Time management is definitely key. The first few weeks to a month or so, a lot of sessions will be forced. Once you fall into a routine, it isn't bad though. I speak from experience with this haha Generally work 60 hours a week, hour drive each way, lift 4 days a week, and still have time to spend with my wife and daughter. Can be done, just takes dedication.... nitraflex helps a lot too LOL

So far still loving the taste. Posting pics of the mix tomorrow. As far as recovery from cutting I feel pretty good. Abs are starting to come out on top. Think I might need to work on lower abs. Posting tomorrow again. (Day off)"The mind is its own place and in itself, can make a Heaven of Hell, a Hell of Heaven."

Way to get it done. One of my favorite splits was as simple as can be but I really put on some muscle. I lifted three days a week and rotated the following two workouts: one day was squats, bench, military press and dips. The second day was deadlifts, rows, and bb curls.
