Workout was a 7. I am finally just accepting the whole lighter weight thing and really getting a lot out of my workouts. ...I wasted so much time tripping on that.
I've decided not to "trip" on anything anymore ..
I got to sit in on a session with Jocelyn and Karin. ..Loved it ... really need to know my Anatomy!! Big time!! ... It's going to be THE only thing I TRIP on the next 3 weeks.

What was Great About My Day?
1. 2 hours of observing NMR today .. I want more!
2. Ate terrible but interestingly I got to really feel later the effects and I DO NOT LIKE IT AT ALL! ... It was a familiar feeling. It was the state I lived in before I got very clean with my food. I see just how sensitive my body is to different foods and I am reminded of what a powerful effect it has on the body.

What Could I Have Done Better
1. more cheerful about the holiday ... disconnected from it and that is ok but my handicapped son is still such a kid. I have to keep the magic going for him. <

Loved being in that session today and got very clear about what my focus needs to be right now. I had a new client , she had some very complex issues going on. I had to refer her to a more advanced NMR worker. I did not like it!! ...
