Thanks Junior,
when CG goes up bench automatically goes up!
Good thanks bro, trying to low profile at work.
Get in get the job done and get out. Staying out of prison too mate which is always good.
Felt good pushing maximally against a barbell., love it but has to be done carefully and in accordance to prilipens chart
Lulz might happen one day!
Thanks bro, not far off 3 wheels on this one.
Hah yeah strange, only been front squatting for 2-3 months now so it should overtake it within months

GYM WEIGHT-----------------203lbs
SESSION DURATION--------1hr 05mins
REST TIMES -----------------4-6mins
WEATHER--------------------30C (85F) hot
MIND-------------------------8/10
HEART RATE------------------68b/p/m
NOTES--Really pleased with this session, fell into place perfectly and getting very strong in the low body. Decided to hit a 3 inch below knee cap rack dead with chains and blasted a nice 10lb much cleaner pr. Had more in me too., hit squats as planned 85% singles with moderate rest between sets and these actually felt quite quick out of the hole. Kept it short as recovery on this method of training gets hard when your not on juice but im adapting. Holidays for me starts in 2 days! God knows i need them

Thanks my Maine man.
Love M.E day moving heavy sh,it is fun stuff but very taxing. Rack pull came up lots easier than i thought., but got a new record and i was out the door.
I think the first week of banded speed squats really paid off tonight, the bar speed looked fast and judging by that speed around 85% i should be closing in on a pr~~~~~~~~~~

Nice squat singles, sunk those deep. Awesome rack pulls too man. How wide is your stance on those, do you take your sumo stance, or go with a conv stance for those?

NOTES--Wow, strength i coming along well., didnt eat once again this week very much due to laziness but on holidays now from work and gonna eat heaps more. I was going for a 5lb pr and hit it easily so smashed a controlled but with a bit of lower body involvement 10lb at 285x1. Was heavish but still new ground on the floor press. happy with progression. Last few weeks for upper body, i have hit a 270x1 incline bench, 115x3 incline DB pr, 305x1 CG pr, and now a 285x1 floor press. Going along nicely. Forgot to do normal bench sets today but ill make up some work with light bench tomorrow prior to the D.E lower.

285x1 <---- 10+ pr.
Nice, looked decent speed but was tough. The elbows just barely touched the floor on the concrete and had to reverse the bar with maximum effort. Little bit of leg drive but nowhere near the amount on my 275 previous pr which is a good sign.

LOL yeah the roll of shame, could be a nice graze on the low back from the concrete from that hah.
Looking round at about 3 places to do my course at, but want to just not think about any type of work for the next 2 weeks on holidays just to clear my mind a lot. Probably should get on it now however~~~~~~~~~~

Sure will be mate, watching plenty of tennis as well.
Chickens are nice birds
Thanks bro, usually speed work for lots of volume should help eliminate lower portion mini maxes or sticking points i found, but floor press is always good and did have success with pin presses with chains~~~~~~~~~~
