Week #1 I'm very excited to return to skip lacours mass machine training program( similar to max-ot). Going to eat 8 meals 2350 calories for 2 weeks and then see how I look. Want to get my ripped abs back.
Today is July 9th 2014. Mass machine training program routine #1.
Today shoulders and traps today 4 to 6 reps. Great workout today. Kept workout under 1 hour. Good intensity today but still room for improvement. Looking forward to tomorrow's back workout. Did 20 minutes of mass machine aka max-ot cardio tonight. New record for calories burned.

Week 1 of on-line MASS MACHINE journal.
Eating 7 meals 2350 cals.
Following Skip Lacour's mass machine / max-ot weight training and cardio program.
My Goals are to get lean and ripped for the summer, while working my ass off to gain muscle.
Think 4-6 good reps, when I can get 6 good reps i will go up in weight.
I Will track my progress by weekly pictures.
I Will track my calories and macros on my fitness pal.
I will execute the plan because I am a MASS MACHINE!
If I think it,I must DO it!I AM A MASS MACHINE!

Sunday 2.14.16 Day 1 of cut
Day 1 of cutting phase, only 7 weeks left of bb.com challenge. I need to pick up my intensity in the gym. Im a mass machine so i need to step up my intensity.
As far as my diet goes I've been eating way too many calories. Even though they are clean calories its just too many calories for me. I'll continue with 8 meals/ feedings but start with 2300 cals for next 3 weeks and see how my body looks in pictures before I adjusted . I'm not happy with my eating discipline. Today was a turning point. I just need to follow my plan and execute it everyday! I'm a friggen MASS MACHINE, I won't be stopped! I'm gonna reach my goal of being lean and ripped!!!
Going to follow Skip Lacour's Mass machine training program. Looking forward to Mass Machine Arms tomorrow morning.

MON 2.15.16 Day 2 of 49
Mass machine arms routine 1.
Good arm workout this morning. About an 8.5 out of 10, good intensity but need to work on muscle mind connection and form on long bar curls. Got a little sloppy on last few reps of 125. Keep elbows tight and curl with wide arch. Also have machine cardio tonight and m.m. Delts and traps and abs tomorrow morning.
Nutrition...eating 2350 calories. 8 feedings. I need to get 100% dialed in on my diet. Gonna keep it simple. I'm determined to get lean and ripped again.

Did Delts and traps yesterday. Pretty good work out I'm disappointed in myself, ate some extra food late last night which put me over my calorie amount. Just going to move on, forget about it and learn from it.
Today is a rest day,no weights just 20 minutes of cardio tonight.
Tomorrow is back and absI AM A MASS MACHINE!

MON 2.22.16 mass machine routine #27 back and bis.
Good day of training at my new gym. Liking the new gym alot. Feeling re-energize and mentally focused, This week is 6 to 8 reps, getting used to some of the different machines and weights at my new gym. Next week back to 4-6 reps.
Current diet is 8 meals @2350 cals.
Tomorrow is just a mass machine cardio day.I AM A MASS MACHINE!

Delts traps and abs today. Good work out today since I'm dealing with some shoulder joint pain and discomfort.
My goal is to start leaning out, need to stick to plan. Going to eat 7 meals @ 2300 cals. Gonna follow this for 3 to 4 weeks and see how my body looks in weekly pictures. Don't really care about the scale. I'm about 180 pounds right now, just using the scale as a reference point. Been eating roughly 2500 calorie for a while now.I AM A MASS MACHINE!
