Awesome max ot cardio tonight. 20 minutes 270 calories burned 6.12 miles. Level 12 and level 17 or 18 1 min each.

Wed 1/8/2014 mass machine training week 1
Following skip lacours mass machine program routine 1. Outstanding mm cardio this morning. New personal records. Awesome arm workout today! Eating 8 meals now and eating 2500 cals for 2 weeks. Will adjust from there. Just need to keep on keeping on!!!

Took my bb.com transformation transformation before pics today. Not happy with the before pics but looking at those pictures will be the fuel to my fire!
Had a good workout on Monday. Did legs and felt strong. Set some personal records. Diet was good all day however had some cottage cheese and whey late night so ate a little more than my target of 2500 calories. Skip says to bump calories up anyways. I need to train my body to eat more calories with out getting fat. I don't want to eatI AM A MASS MACHINE!

Ok back workout today followed by 20 minutes of max-ot cardio. My shoulder joints are killing me hopefully it goes away. It's becoming a problem. Need to decide on how many calories I should eat. I keep changing because when I eat just 2600 calories I'm always hunger. Then when I bump it up I feel like I'm getting fat.

Thursday 1.23.14 shoulders and traps today. Ok workout today, my shoulder joints are hurting which definitely effected my workout but I got through it because I'm a mass machine! Got back tomorrow hopefully the shoulder Joints feel better by then. Currently adjusted my calories to 2500. Eating 8 meals each day. 50% protein 30% carbs. 20% fat. Following this for 2 weeks then c how I look before I make any adjustments.

Sat 1.25.14 back and abs today.
Had an awesome workout. Felt strong today went up in Weight On Dead lift, Pull downs And Cable Rows. Shoulders still hurt but getting better, just hope the pain goes away! Turning 41 tomorrow, going to start it off with a great mass machine chest workout followed by 20 mins of cardio on recumbent bike.I AM A MASS MACHINE!

Friday 3/21/14 arms
Great workout today, I'm committed to following the mass machine routine and not jumping around from one program to another! Going to focus on the basics of progressive overload in the 4 to 6 rep range executing good form. I need to stay focused and keep my head clear for the next 12 weeks.
My diet will consist of 8 meals one every 2 to 3 hours. Going to keep it simple. Start with 2500 calories for the next week and see how my body looks and feels and then make adjustments from there. My % will be 50 % protein 30%carbs and 20 % good fats. I will make adjustments after week one if needed.

Sunday 3/23/14 no weights just cardio. Awesome 20 min mass machine cardio session this morning and set New record for distance and calories burned. I rate it 9 out 10. Tomorrow monday 3/24/14 i will continue with mass machine routine #1. Back routine. Need an 8.5 or above tomorrow

Monday 3/24/14 week 1 mass machine back routine.
Great workout 8.5 out 10. Working on my form and execution while staying in the 4 to 6 rep range. Trying to perform the exercises like skip. Video myself during a few exercises to i can study my form and execution. Chest and abs tomorrow, need to jump up in poundage while still targeting my pecs. Excited for tomorrow's workout.
Day 1 of my diet, 2450 calories 8 meals. Need to stick to my plan and execute it. No late night cheating! "Execute the plan"!I AM A MASS MACHINE!

Did chest abs and cardio today. Good not great workout today but I got it done. Feeling a little depressed, looking fat and bloated lately need to stop cheating late night. Doesn't matter if it's good food it's still extra calories. Need to stop doing that! !! Going to eat 2400 calories 8 meals for week 1 and see how my body responds. Legs tomorrow!

Week 1 start of Cutting Phase for Summer! Thursday 4/24/14- I'm just 9.5 weeks away until my vacation. Cutting phase has begun! Its Time to get serious with my diet. Need to stick to plan. No more cheating late night. I've developed a bad habit of getting up in middle of night and having cottage cheese greek yogurt and whey. Not bad food but still extra calories. Need to execute my plan that I layed out in order to get lean and ripped. 7 meals 2350 cals. Eat every 2.5 to 3 hours. Cardio 4 To 5 Times A week. Weights 4 to 5 days a week. Doing a 3 day push pull legs rotation. 2 on 1 off 1 on 1 off rotation.i will take weekly progress pictures to monitor my progress, I will update my journal everyday to hold myself accountable.

Thursday 6/12/14.
After some time away from following skip Lacour's mass machine training I'm happy to say I'm going back to following skips outstanding program. I feel like I'm losing some muscle mass as I try to get leaner for the summer. I've come to the realization that while trying to get leaner I've gotten away from using heavier weights and as a result have lost some good quality muscle
Today's mass machine workout is chest and tris at 6 to 8 reps.I AM A MASS MACHINE!
