In Home PT's - How often do you change programme

    Hi all,

Mainly for the in home PT's on here, how often do you change your client's programme, in terms of introducing new exercises.

Do you tend to stick to the same programme for 4-6 weeks, just changing reps, sets, rest periods etc, or do you try and change the session in terms of swapping in different exercises, each session.

Just curious as to what others out there do, mainly to maximise the enjoyment the client can get, preventing boredom.

I have TRX, Kettlebells, med balls, free weights, gloves and pads, and ofc bodyweight, so a lot of exercises to be done.

    Thanks

    Mark

When an exercise gets too easy for a client or when they stall out for a bit.

When I have a client "in house"I change exercises every session but still focus consistently on the same body parts just to give a biger variety and keep progress constantly in motion.
