im powerful but i would like the size to go with it
im about 198 after my cut im not cutting no more right now 32 pounds is enough and im tired of eating 1800 calories

You might have gotten trolled IRL.
Either that, or he's running a cattle farm. That's some serious protein intake. Even Ronnie Coleman's sample diet only hit the 500 mark (I believe), 800g seems ridiculous.

Right now I'm taking in 1.5-1.7grams per pound of body weight to get my macros perfect so the whole "1 gram of protein per pound bodyweight" is just the basic requirements IMO.
example: my weight -228, my protein was around 350g today.
whoever said 800 cal. of protein was right. 800g = major issues, 1 being your food bill.Current Stack:

he said his food bill was something but cant remember i know it was expensive we eat the same chicken breast and talipia from walmart this freaking guy told me he eat 6 of them after his workout and 8 if he has a show coming thats almost the bag the bag is close to 10 bux
but this thread is really about me.........see i workout and i see guy by far larger then myself but looking at the weight we have the same power or mines is more
this guy was truely jacked very big guy muscular as hell
we doing shrugs he couldnt shrug #305 i can but this guy is massive and im not so its basically a question for me'
i get about 150 grams of protien 200 is very hard for me
just trynna find the missing pieces of the puzzle because logic says you when you reach those weights you should be as big too right? i hit these weights on a cut mind you

anywho
do you think im lacking protien is the reason why im not getting more size? im a big guy thats been lifting 7 months this month i lift 315 now but not as big as the guys at the gym, or is it that the guys at the gym are just not working to there full potential

He could have been talking about the actual weight of the food. For example 800g of boneless skinless chicken tenderloins would be 186g of protein. He might actually be confused himself of what grams of protein are. Or a strange liar, plenty of them at gyms and on these forums.

that will kill your kidneys so fast, u will be in dialysis in a second. ur body wont absorb ANYWHERE NEAR 800g, maybe it will absorb 250g, and even that, its still a lot.
