how many meals should you eat before working out?

I'm not talking about pre-workout, just meals. So if i eat 3 meals and then have my pre-workout shake will this be more beneficial than eating say 1 or 2 meals?

Its all up to you ... it doesnt make a difference for some, but for me aslong as i have a good amount of carbs eaten before my workout im stronger ..... but like i said its all about preference, it might not make a difference for you!
