Hey i would like to know how many calories are in a average plate of white boiled rice with some boiled chicken ontop and a bit of meat.

Lol there's not really a way to average that out. Find the grams, cups, ounces etc to give yourself a better idea and go from there.Currently:

Plus, what do you mean by "a bit of meat"? What kind? Beef, pork? Or do you mean the chicken? In any event, it will vary widely, by the cut and the portion. Again, you need to know the amount in grams.
That is the only way anyone will be able to give you any kind of even closely accurate idea.Sept 2010: 248.8 lbs
Nov 2011: 162 lbs

Jan 2012: cutting again....
