Craze with questionable ingredients?
Hi well im 15 and a good helper on these forums and i love working iut but im just wondering is there anything dangerous in Craze? Ive been through 2 containers Of Jack3d, 1 container of Assualt,and 1 container of whiteflood 100 serv.
Ok i ordered craze and it arrived at my house but the ingredients on it seem to be questionable?? Is this stuff safe i would lOve to take it since ive heard so many good reviews about it? Thank you guys

At 15 you should not be thinking about a preworkout man.
Since you already bought it start with 1/2 scoop you will be fine.Type 1 Diabetic - Since age 15

This is good advice. At 15, I took my fair share of stims preworkout (caffeine/ephedrine) and I can't say it hurt me any. If i could go back in time, don't think i would of have done it any different. At 15, it's always good to get doctors/parents consent as well.Originally Posted by xStevenx

I agree with the rest brah its a bit too early.. we've been there and i know youre eager to jump on all that stuff, theres no hurry you can make great gains with diet and some of the basic stuff; theres no hurry wait up a lil' bit more to start with all that.

At 15 you should have high energy levels and raging hormones, should be enough to get you by in the gym. Definitely avoid ephedrine until you are older due to the stress it can cause on your heart.

The youths interest in stimulants is beyond me.
While I'm only 8 years older than you, I have yet to find a reason to use a pre-workout. Have I tried them? Absolutely. I'd prefer to spend my money on food and quest bars.Xtreme Formulations Aficionado

So having been through all the PWOs you listed, you must have started like a year ago when you were 14. Did you even try lifting without PWOs for a decent amount of time?
edit: just realised the strong half year bump, ah well.

IMO 15/16 you shouldn't take ANY supps wait till you get older. At that age I already had enough energy and test to workout 8hr a day
