    WHat dose are you using? This is often a complaint when someone take too much. Before switching to a different form of creatine, just reduce the dose of your mono first and see if the bloat goes away.

    According to the creatine I use, Body Fortress's Creatine (pre-flavored, non-monohydrate), there are 48 grams per scoop and you mix with 6-8 fluid ounces of water. You are recommending 3-5 grams a day though..? Could all the extra be in dextrose and other ingredients? Im not saying you are wrong, just wondering why they advertise using so much both before and after workouts for people +125 lbs. Maybe to get people to come buy more? Haha

    There is 5 grams of Creatine in a 48 gram serving of yours, since it isn't "pure creatine", but a blend. Blends are fine, but they don't permit you to decide how much dextrose or sucrose you want, along with some of the other things they add like vitamins and other forms of carbs.

    whats the best creatine product that i can take as a pre-workout supplement on a full stomach?, i dont know if that effects anything

    How much weight will I lose when I stop taking creatine ? Been taking it for about 2 -2,5months, in the last 3-4 weeks only taking about 2 g a day. Do you think I will lose much ? ( my diet is ok )


    Also , when should I stop / cycle it ?

    There are a couple of things I will say. First, I wouldn't be working out on a full stomach. Second, I would take the creatine after training with your protein shake, before eating a protein/carb meal about 30-60 minutes after that.
    I take Micronized Creatine from Dymatize which is a stand alone product, requiring the use of vitargo, or Dextrose(much less expensive and very good option also).

    No need to cycle creatine, the only products requiring cycles are stims and anything similar or that really gives you a kick in the pants in the gym. Creatine is always present in your body, so you could never really cycle off of it if you wanted anyhow.
    You should not lose any weight if you stop, unless you also cut back on your water intake, which you should not do anyways, creatine supps or not.
    Most see a weight change of 2-3 lbs during the week sometimes, based on water retention that can vary from day to day, so it would be tuff to measure a difference if there was one.
