edit: and thanks so much for this. my family hates supplements and even working out/any type of cardio or healthy type thing. so hopefully this can at least kind of change their mind about at least something. repped for life bro.....

Im so glad I finished Studying basic food science before reading this :L .
Had to bookmark as this **** is long
Also may I ask did you study sports biomedicine and nutrition ? , its one of my courses that I've applied for in the UK .
Was also very unaware at how big AA is :OKa0s :In my experience, doing heavy barbell squats, bench presses, deadlifts, military presses, rows, etc. builds no significant muscle mass.
What you need to really get big is a solid routine which focuses on light weights and cable movements to really force blood into those muscles and get that deep burn & powerful contraction
