Can I take Creatine even if I dont do a weight lifting session? so just with a meal or drink? I'm going to purchase the Beast creatine rated 9.6 out of 10 for 29.99. What do you guys think?

i just purchased the beast creature creatine as well, could i stack that with cellucor c4 extreme pre workout?or is that to much???? thanks a lot.
