when I was 15. I 1st bought muscle milk and creatien mono lol. My 1st 3 months where I went from 160-185 I just took that and occasionally the mri pre workout sticks. then I jumped into super pump 250 which was my 1st pre lol.
Non stims- pumpbol, hemavol, cbol
stims- pre surge unleashed, white flood

I had to look up a couple of terms, but I seriously feel very more attentive and knowledgeable in what I will take and what I will not take for supplements. The thread is so in depth and just so professionally written, not to say that the amount of evidence is mindblowing. I appreciate ALL the time you put into this! THANKS!

I liked this part, lots of people go waste their money on Isolate for no good reason (just to get the purest form protein post workout with water...) when in reality it has less health benefits and is a hell of a lot more expensive, ridiculous. (Unless they can't handle lactose ofcourse)
Also good to know about the filtration process. I remember reading in 2-3 years ago when I was trying to tell my mum how whey was made, had quite forgotten about it. My whey is membrane filtered, feels good.

I heard that supplementing vitamin c can damage your arteries. Also that if it's taken post workout it will increase required recovery time. Thus my question is: Is Vitamin C safe to supplement? How much should I take? When should I take it (ie. how do I time my intake)?

It is just fine. It will help you hold onto mass while you are on a cut.
Controversial topic. No real hard solid evidence that cycling is needed, but MOST users will cycle. If you do, when you go "off" you need to be off for a minimum of 4-6 weeks if your goal is to allow your levels to return to baseline.
There is no need to take creatine with anything special. Carbs are not needed for uptake, and there is no real-world benefit to "enhancing" uptake via carbs. It is just fine to dump into a whey shake if that's what you were planning on.
