http://www.bodybuildingforyou.com/cr...eatine-use.htm no, it is better to cycle it as your body can get used to the creatine= it gets wasted. at least thats what ive heard, havent tried it yet.

Bloating?
Ive taken creatine in the past and never experienced any sides. Recently though after a long lay off i started taking creatine mono again. Been taking it for about 2 weeks and am experiencing a good amount of bloating. Is this normal for some people and if so how long does this usually last?

That would only be lemon flavoured Gatorade. People are mixing creatine and gatorade because studies have shown that creatine is best absorbed in combination with protein and simple carbohydrates.
This is hard to answer, and debated. Technically, your muscles will be fully saturated in less than a month if you stick to 5 grams a day. There have been no really conclusive studies (that I have seen or heard of) that show benefits of loading.BB.com OG

I drink around 2Litres of water IF I play tennis, I don't drink during my workout as it makes me feel full and I find it difficult to focus on my lifting.
How much is an absolute minimal water intake if I am to take creatine?
Also, can anyone point me somewhere where I can read everything I need to know about it? I am really looking into it and just want to make sure I am doing it right before I go ahead and take it.

Listen, it isn't dangerous. Just take it. The extra water is for hypochondriacs who think they'll get dehydrated or cramping.
Besides, drinking a little extra water a day isn't that hard. If you can't do it, you're just being lazy. Start with 2 litres and move up to four over time. Fill up a 2l bottle at the beginning of the day, and drink it as you wish, it really isn't that hard.
