On the plus side, it's gotten me to try new exercises that I've never done before. But it does have "screw up your routine" potential if your trying to stick to a program, like a structured 5x5, whatever. It's damn fun, I'll say.

Trib based test booster? Meh. It is funny how AI has had to change their whole product line due to the PH ban. Their entire line used to be entirely comprised of PH support (liver support, post cycle treatments, during cycle supports, etc etc). The PH ban happens and they got nothing. We're moving in to the age range where people just die from heart attacks (at least in significant numbers).

Looking back, all of the "high school kids" on that show were caricatures. Juan Epstein prided himself on his heritage of Puerto Rican and Jewish. Vinnie Barbarino was a lower class Italian full of himself but dumb. Same with the other characters.

With a strong squat and not terribly heavy bodyweight it is just a matter of trying several times. Use one hand to grab a chair or the couch to help actually get your to the bottom. Then balance at the bottom. Then stand back up.

If you are strong the hardest part is descending without falling over like a dumbass. Just get that down and they won't be so bad.

The real question is: why would I want to bother with it?
