    6 month very dirty bulk (145 lb's --> 172 lb's)

    Long story short I needed the weight because I do a Varsity sport, but the season is winding down now so I need to cut it off. I was wondering if someone can give me a bodyfat percentage and whether I've dun goofed or not.

    Also im tensing my abs in the second pic, you can just about see the top two.

    I would definitly start a winter cut now for summer, idk what your goals are intended for physique wise

    Yeah I knew that already. Ah well time to cut, I had a Doctor's checkup and was about 26 on the BMI.

    Were you starting at a high bodyfat prior to the bulk? If so maybe that explains why you don't look like you've put on much muscle. Also what was a typical day's diet like, did you count macros at all?

    March will be cutting it close man. Your gonna have to push yourself extremely hard and do lots of cardio. Probably gonna lose muscle and strength because of this.

    I didn't count macros, only protein and Cals. My bf% prior to the bulk was around 14-15% I reckon, but I think I've put on a lot of muscle as well as fat tbh.

    I don't care about losing a little bit of muscle or strength. Id rather lose a bit of muscle and cut faster than try to cut slowly to conserve it all.
