    HMU with some Cardio/Aerobic for Track Conditioning (REPS)

    Need some workouts to do cardio/aerobic in my spare time for conditioning for track. I got a nice lifting program designed for it, but need some good cardio workouts to do as well. Got any suggestions brahs? REPS

    3 sets of 2 350 meter sprints with 60 seconds rest between each sprint. after that go find yourself a nice steep hill and get your run on.

    Not bad, but I'll be training indoors at my gym, and we don't have any hills. BTW i'm training for 200 meter sprint.

    gotcha i run 200's and 400's myself. in that case, i recommend doing some HIIT on the treadmill. 1 minute sprinting on max speed, 1 minute jog. do that for 20 minutes. put the incline up a lil on the last sprint and you got yourself a hill and you'll be feeling the burn.
