A couple of months ago I strained and then restrained my right pec. It has since healed, although I no longer do heavy bench presses.
This morning, I woke up with a much milder but still quite apparent left pec sprain, and I'm really bummed out. I didn't even work out or do anything else for a couple of days. It is definitely the pec and not something else. What worries me is that it happened out of the blue. I do sleep in weird positions.
Has anyone else ever had this happen? Thanks a lot.
