that is indeed correct, but this is a bodybuilding website - respect to their tactics and vast empires goes unnoticed here, therefore while the white/western europeans were once smart and powerful, they are no longer so, or if they are, it is rapidly declining. Jews would be considered #1 in that regard Asians second and the Western African probably last.
