Lifts: down due to a SLAP tear
Training style: DC
Day 1 - Workout 1
Pre-workout meal: 1 serving of CL Golden Gains + 30g of VPX SRO + 3 Vasotropin tablets
Pre-workout Supplement: SuperPump MAX
Workout:
Standing cambered bar curls: 115 lbs 18 reps (rest paused)
Reverse curls: 75 lbs 20 reps (rest paused)
Seated Calf Raise: 70 lbs 12 reps (DC style)
Lying Leg Curl: 130 lbs 19 reps (rest paused)
Squat Machine: 410 lbs 9 reps + 270 20 reps (drop set)
---DC stretches thrown in between muscle groups
Notes
Since today was my first day using Vasotropin so I decided to use the minimum dose (3 tablets). I have been using nitrate products for a couple of months now (VPX PowerShock) so I have something to compare this product to. All in all, I had a pretty good workout- flew through it in less than an hour. I can't say I really noticed anything different this workout: standard pump, no insane endurace, etc. I attribute this to the low dose I chose to run. I'm planning on bumping up the dose for Thursday's workout.Repping back all Miami Heat fans
