Welcome to mine and DystryEvrytng's log on Beta Cret. Thank you to RyouBakua and Promera Health for the opportunity to review Beta Cret.
Okay, long story short. I started working out 10 years ago, when I was 19. I traded haircuts for personal training with hopes of competing in a fitness competition. I made great progress, but then was informed that I would need a dance routine and other things that don't mix with someone as uncoordinated as myself. I gave up on the competition, but never stopped working out! Shortly after that I met my now husband, and one of the things we've always done together is workout. It's the best motivation in the world! Since my days with the trainer I've realized that there are other areas in the fitness industry that I am interested in, and I'm ready to give it my ALL!!
This is not only my first log, but also my first time taking any pre-workout supplements. My hope is that with the added help from Beta Cret I'm able to surpass all of my previous numbers and goals.
In August we went to Costa Rica, and haven't really done anything more than maintenance for the last 4 months. I just did a 48 hr cleanse, took all of my current measurements and tomorrow I'm getting new pics and my lifting stats (check back tomorrow night).

Sup all,
First off a beast mode thanks to RB and ProMera for the opportunity to log Beta Cret. I have read a lot about it and am expecting big things in here.
We are gonna wreck this shyt

A little about me,
5'8" 183 and about 16% fat.
I have been known to toss around decent sized DB's and train like hell. I need to cut so thats what i will be doing in this log. I have been training on and off for a couple decades and over the past 8 months have gotten serious about my training. Last cut i went from here
to here
in less than 90 days
That cut was way too much but i managed to gain a bit of strength with the help of Con Cret while on that cut.
I run a 5 day split and am going to be at 1800 calories daily with one cheat day a week.
While waiting for the Beta Cret to arrive we will be logging sessions so everyone can get an idea of where we stand at this point for comparison to after Beta Cret and to track the progression more accurately. So hold on for the first sessions tomarrow. I gotta tell ya that i am sick at this point (cold) and am really weak right now. In a few more days i should be good to go.

Session 1 (Pre BETA CRET)
I have always struggled with my nutrition, more calories, less calories, everyone tells me different. I try to eat as much as I can and I still have a hard time getting enough calories, but I try to make sure that I consume as much protein as I can get my hands on. I know you guys are going to SLAM me for my calorie count, I'll try to get it up!

I wanted to get my lifting stats for my Bodyspace and also see where I'm at with weight, so I did kind of a full body workout and my routine for the day was pretty scattered!

I felt great today and was extremely motivated. My overall assessment......Not too shabby! I thought I was going to be able to bench more than I did. My left arm is still weaker than my right (I put a knife through my hand in July and couldn't use it for a couple months) and my back really wanted to take over during my deadlift, so I need to really work on my legs. We didn't end up having time to take pics, hopefully tomorrow : )
I am SO happy I had DE there to help me, usually we do our own thing, but I had to call on him for some help today! Great for me, but HE might be cursing you guys for getting me into this.
Now that I see where I stand I can set some goals and get organized.
Did I hear that we're turning the kitchen into the gym?! SWEET I was getting sick of this move....

Enough energy?? I'm the first one up, singing a little song, playing with the dogs, cleaning every cupboard in the house. DE calls me a "squirrel on crack" I eat SOMETHING very small every 2 hours or I get hungry, but not too much, cause I fill up fast. My husband LOVES eating with me, cause he ends up getting half of my meal!
Working for my goals? Honestly this is my first time keeping good track and holding myself accountable for my numbers. I usually just make sure I'm making progress, I rely a lot on pictures and how I look. This is my first time setting lifting goals and striving to surpass them. But yes, I've always made progress. I just think I would surprise myself if my nutrition was in check!
