    life after starting strength?

    cliffs:
when you start out, (almost) no question you should do starting strength
after that, there are plenty of no-brainer intermediate strength program options (5x5, madcow, etc.)
people who want to go the hypertrophy/bodybuilding route have less clear cut direction
i post this link that has interviews with tons of sponsored guys and their hypertrophy routines
you now have tons to choose from and experiment with
most of them also include diets, training tips, etc.
i am a nice guy (regardless of INSANELY red status)
    have a great day, gentlemen
