    20 - 30 minutes of low intensity cardio before or after breakfast?

    Hey guys

    i prefer 20 - 30 minutes of cardio before breakfast. This is walking pace.

    What are your views?

    personal preference. the differences in cals burned will be negligible at best (when comparing the same cardio done at different times).

    Hey man, maybe it varies for different people. I used to believe that cardio before breakfast was better but some say cardio after breakfast because you need that energy to fuel your body.

    Yea, an aussie bodybuilder Nick Jones stated low intensity before breaky to use the fat stores for energy, but on the Kris Gethin challenge, he recommends breaky and then cardio (thing is i would have to wake up super early to get it in after breaky).
