Phil has great legs but they are not tops. However, I have a feeling it's just a matter of time before they get bigger and mature and they start feathering. But.. is it possible for feathering to come in later throughout his development? Maybe not eh?
Phil is the king of making quick improvements and he's still a kid in pro BBing. By this time Phil masters his entire physique which hes pretty much got the upper body on lock, he just needs to focus more on legs and do the crazy kinda **** Ronnie and Kai do.

Sorry, what? I like how Phil's legs are coming in but that's completely inaccurate. Plenty of people in the field still with better wheels than Phil.
Maybe from the front but legs are judged from all angles and phil has great legs from the side and rear, its hard to judge but he's up there after kai and branch.

phil is top notch in everything bar nothing. the physique he brought to the last olympia is one of the greatest to ever grace its stage.
dorian yates is my fave bodybuilder but i dont find inspiration from his on stage physique. He had the sort of physique that was nearly impossbile to beat on stage in terms of bodybuilding criteria, but it was certainly not the most pleasing to the eye.
phil's physique inspires me greatly and i watch the beginning of the below vid every single morning without fail. truely inspirational.

Phil's current body makes me say that and i have been following this sport since 1985. His *3D* effect that Hany has achieved with him is amazing!! Evan, Kai, Branch,Jay, and Phil have amazing leg development and we are splitting hairs trying to say one is vastly superior to another.
