If i cut, how can i burn 2500 calroies a day if thats what i take in everyday. Do we naturally burn calories a day and rely to lose the rest with cardio?? I dont understand this.

You naturally burn calories during the day just living. This is known as your basal metabolic rate. (BMR)
You can increase your metabolism by doing cardio and weight training.
