I know this question has been asked numerous times before, but I havent seen a definitive answer. The nutrition facts for raw meat obviously deal with the product raw. However, when you cook the meat it will shrink in size. If i measured out 4 oz of chicken breast and in the end I am left with about 3.5 ounces, does the chicken still follow the nutrition guidelines of 4 oz seeing as i measured it before, or would the post cooked piece of chicken need to be 4 oz in order to be accurate?
