No lie, I have always wondered this. Why don't white folk believe in marinating stuff either? The only spices they use is salt and pepper. Srs. When my white friends have cookouts that's all they have.

Who doesn't season their food? Not sure what you're basing this on OP.

lmaoooooooo ohmaigoodness
OP nailed it for many, there are exceptions however though- its usually hit or miss. In many white households I've been to its either been the blandest meal ever(at most salt/pepper) or NOMNOMNOM (wondering what kind of black magic is this, no hamburger helper/ricaroni!?)
All depends on how they were raised, if their mom didn't cook for **** 90% of the time they don't either. If their momma knew how to throw it down in the kitchen, hopefully her cooking was appreciated and learned. The only way to have a friend is to be one.
As long as a man stands in his own way, everything seems to be in his way.

It isn't so much that White people don't season their food....
It's the fact that they ONLY know how to season/spice their food with exactly three ****ing ingredients: salt, pepper, and butter.
Compared that to say, Indian, Asian, Caribbean, where in any given dish, you will find over a dozen spices/seasoning. And the flavors aren't limited to salty or buttery.

Of course being the wealthiest and most sophisticated race we season our food. We all but invented good food if you consider Italians white.
Alas, the reason white people don't ruin our chit by over-seasoning is twofold.
A) we can afford the better cuts of meat that don't need to be hidden in ten pounds of seasoning to be edible
B) we are sophisticated enough to appreciate the simplicity of high-quality ingredients.
When you have al dente vegetables, high quality steak and a nice potato, salt and pepper to bring out the flavors is all that is necessary. When you have select grade cuts from Walmart, you gotta bust out the sauces.

And seriously, fukking oregano and parsley are not real herbs and spices. That chit adds NOTHING to your food, white people. Stop adding it and acting like you cook with flavors.
