How do you stay motivated to keep working out?
I'm a hard-gainer and have been working out for about 1 year and a half now. I'm 18 by the way but now I look at myself and don't see any real gains and I keep asking myself is it worth it. What do you guys do to stay motivated or can you tell me something that will keep me motivated.

Has your weight changed, has your lift weight gone up? Are you working out or just doing the motions?

Hard-gainer is not a real thing. Chances are you don't have your nutrition in check. This link will help clear things up for you http://youneedhelp.totalh.com/macro8.php .
No one can do this for you. This is entirely up to you and how badly you want to reach your goal. You can't change your genetics but you can change your attitude and make a positive change in your life. Don't blame being a "hardgainer" many of us thought we were on as well.

'Tis but a scratch
To be honest as far as I'm concerned, being a "hardgainer" is an excuse for not doing what needs to be done. Either not eating enough, working out enough, sleeping enough, recovering enough, you avoid fat gains, you are way too active and burn off whatever energy may have been used to build muscle, it could be alot of things but whatever the issue may be, it's easily fixable if you can identify the problem.
I don't know how many calories you eat per day but as an example if you only eat 2,000 per day then you're probably not going to put on any lean mass.
Start packing away 5 - 6k calories a day. Drink Gallon of Milk a Day to help. Get the whole milk, not the watered down skim crap.

Bro if you want to get bigger, you need to eat more. Seriously brah that's all that's to it. Eat great food, and lots of it and lift heavy. Life couldn't get any better when doing that! Peanut butter on poptarts with a glass of milk. Eat ground beef, burgers, steak and potatoes. Just thinking about having a sick leg workout, driving home from the gym listening to amazing music and eating a heavenly post workout meal makes me happy. Imagine in your head what you want to look like. Take a good look at the mental image of what you want to be. Then ask yourself, why not? You have the power to do it if you truly want to.

I agree with what the others are saying, it sounds like you are doing something wrong, it could be diet, routine, rest, anything do your research and keep going hard. Remember doing something is still infinity better than doing nothing at all.
I would suggest talking to one of the personal trainers at the gym go through your diet and routine with them and ask them for input and see what needs to be changed if anything. Don't let slow gains discourage you keep going hard.
Go Hard, Go Fast, Get Ripped! Only you can change you, make it for the better.
