We saw this before. The general opinion was that they're getting him confused with the pro football player Jay Cutler.
We're dodging more ninjitsu attacks than Flex Wheeler. We're ducking more bullets than George Farah. We're facing more death than a kid leg pressing at Branch Warren's gym.

Yeah from what I hear Jay is really rich even outside of bodybuilding.

definetely read he was into real estate before he won the title
problem being that since then american property prices have tanked.
Biggest endorsement is muscletech one or two million a year? Which am sure he comfortably spends. Lets say other endorsements/prize money another 2 million. (and I think that is generous). Could he really have turned that into 30 mill over the last 6 or 7 years.
I say no but I will continue to ponder such an important question

I strive to be like myself because I know that I can always improve. If I sculpt my goals towards another persons, I will eventually reach it. No matter how far I advance, I will strive to be better than the previous day.

How can you price tag someone without an audit? I bet even Jay does not know how much he is worth exactly. Not to mention real estate and cars are extremely hard to evaluate in these days. One day someone can offer you 3M for your house, the next day you decide to sell it and nobody calls for 2M.
Bring back the AAS section!!!
No democratic society should have censorship like that.
