Cutting right to the chase, I'm wondering which of these cardio activities kills gains the most/least. I'm trying to stay in good running shape but don't want that to destroy my lifting goals:
-Brisk walking
-Long-distance jogging
-Short distance sprinting with walking between sprints
I've heard mixed opinions on this, and I'm wondering which one is the worst in terms of lifting gains. Thanks.
