Subbed man. You are doing great things here. Have been catching up on your journal all weekend. Inspirational. Well done on your second place. Keep killing it.

speaking of the turkey chili dogs, tried that recipe over the weekend, as my pre-WO... thought I'd have stomach issues, but nothing other that some crazy vascularity from all that sodium.
definitely keeping those in where I can fit them.Lack of activity destroys the good condition of every human being, while movement and methodical physical exercise save it and preserve it. ~Plato

I found these, not sure if you have seen them.
Here are the rest of the pictures. It's almost as if you didn't pay this photographer as almost all the pictures are of two or three guys.

I did see those. I think they may have pre-paid for photos before the show so the guy knew to take a lot of shots of them so they had a wide selection for prints. I ordered a few prints of myself after seeing a couple of them but ya it was slim pickens. Half the shots were in transition to other poses or before I had fully hit the pose (like that ab-thigh above)

Might do the NPC SF and might do the new PNBA show they have here in SF this year in Sept. also. But I'll make that call a bit closer to the show dates, maybe a month out or so I'll consider them. I won't even bother peaking for those shows, just have a high day the night before or something and continue on with the game plan for the Yorton.

Sorry fellas, still doin it up just workin my way through some weight gain post show last time. Keepin cals high and slowly droppin towards the Yorton. We'll get nastier in a few weeks as we get more aggressive but for now I'm tryin to keep cals higher so I can train harder/heavier to try and regain some lost fullness from the last diet. My body's being a bit stubborn and even though I'm leaner this week than I was last week, the scale is still showing roughly the same weight.
Macros right now: 40f/350c/325p
Just squatted 405x1, 415x1, and 420x1 and also benched 275x5,5,5 the other day so that made me feel good I'm still able to lift fairly heavy.

Damn Robbie it can't be easy staying on task after peaking for a show and then waiting for a few months for another. i am sure as the World Championships approach it will get easier and easier to get motivated. Keep killing it brother, hoping to join you this year. Great numbers in the gym.

Yes I am actually having a hard time staying motivated at 11-12 weeks out. I'm just hovering in the 186s morning weigh-ins. Considering I was 185 my highest weigh in during peak week when fully loaded and spilled a tad I'm not that far off. A few weeks of depleting will do me well when we get around the 8 week mark. Right now I'm keeping food high as Berto suggests to try and keep fullness and come in bigger to the Yorton with equal or better conditioning. We might actually be bumpin up carbs a bit here soon and see if we get some sort of weight drop with the added metabolic catalyst. I'll have to talk it over with him though.
