Exactly, better to be ready early and eat up into the show and be able to adjust in case things happen rather than crash into the show.

I know you said your starving on your low days but how are you feeling at this leanness in terms of libido and waking up and your feet hitting the floor in the morning do you feel like you have been hit by a truck and everything hurts or pretty good for the most part? Have you had to take in a good bit of caffiene daily yet? Just curious as to how your doing over all health wise, thats the stuff that interests me. You will definitely be holding your own and sending a message with your conditioning amongst the best

I'm living on coffee at the moment. I feel like absolute garbage in the mornings until I get some in me. On my high days once I eat a good chunk of food I feel ok but on my low days I feel very depressed knowing how little food I get to eat. My libido is fine its just I'm so damn tired I don't want to do anything physical other than the mandatory busting my ass in the gym.

Looking awesome dude!!! I have to say that your physique is probably in my top 3 ATM.
In regards to feeling depressed realizing how little food you get, I went through the exact same thing. I found that eating really light during the day, making sure I keep busy even if its just so much as going to the library to get away from food and then saving larger meals for the afternoon/night helps a hell of a lot. Something to think about if you're struggling with that aspect. Gotta say its awesome to see someone so focused on this prep. Doing great dude!

how's the shoulder flexibility issues coming Robbie? I know you stated in the past some poses are difficult for you to hit b/c you can't get your lats flared like you want (or something like that). seems they are nice and flared in the front relaxed.
