Thursday 6/13/13
Nutrition (Fast):
Dinner - Chipotle Burrito Bowl (2x Chicken and Guac), Apple, Peach
Totals:
1000 Cals and 80g Protein
Notes:
Not an easy fast day. Got home early so I was fighting my hunger for a few hours. It's not that I'm trying to follow the fasting protocol to a T. I just know that If I eat too early in the day then I will go over my targeted low day calories.

I have read through all of your posts and I wonder why you dont post your breakfast foods? I am not sure if you even eat breakfast but it is VERY important that you get your metabolism going in the morning so that you can continually burn calories all day.
Keep up the good work.
