My jaw just dropped. I am so in for this!!
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Live in the United States?: Yes. Chicago, IL.
List any previous N.O./'pump' products you have taken (brand names as well): I have tried various types of N.O./"pump products". Some ones that I have used previously include Optimum Nutrition's Nitric Oxide pills and I have also tried various pre-workout "pump-related" formulas. Some of these pre-workouts include SuperPump Max, White Flood, 1.M.R., C4, Jack3d, Assault, and several others.
Training Style (BodyBuilding, Powerlifting, CrossFit, Sport, etc.): I would say that my training method is a combination of body building and crossfit. My primary goal is to increase muscle mass as much as possible through rigerous training and a strict nutrition. With that being said, I also like to keep my lean build and my athletic abilities for whenever I play any sort of pick-up sports. I hate getting super bulky and losing flexibility!
List ONE typical workout (include exercises, sets, reps): Below is my workout routine that I stick to for the time being. SOrry, I know it was asked that I only provide one, but here is my full week's worth!
Monday, Thursday: Core + Legs

Quad Extension Machine (8x150 lbs, 8x150 lbs, 8x150lbs)
Calf Extension Machine (3 "burn-out" sets with 5x45lb plates on each side, full extension)
Barbell Calf Raises (10x225lbs, 10x225lbs, 10x225lbs)
Run half a mile at pace of a 7:30 mile

Flat or Decline Barbell Benchpress (8x205lbs, 6x225lbs, 6x225lbs, 5x225lbs)
Incline Barbell Benchpress (8x195lbs, 6x205lbs, 4x225lbs, 10x165lbs)

45 lb. Plate Weighted Dips (3x10reps)
Wednesday/Saturday: Upper Back + Biceps + Lower Back
Seated Row Cable Machine (10x95lbs on each weight stack, 8x102.5lbs on each weight stack, 8x102.5lbs on each weight stack)

Sunday: Recovery/Stretch Out Day

Number of days per week you lift: 6 days/week
What is your typical pre workout meal?: I typically eat foods that involve approximately 25g of protein and carbs that are both fast-acting and also complex carbs. For example, some spaghetti with meat in it and some gatorade to drink is an ideal pre-workout meal for me.

Good question, if you're logging some sort of pre workout supplement then we would rather have someone not log Vasotropin since we want to measure it's effectiveness as a standalone product. If you are logging something at the moment and post an application just let me know what the product is and when it's over.
