Lonnnnggg weekend. I'll be deloading this week, thankfully. Tonight may be pretty bare bones as I haven't recovered from this weekend.
Friday we ran around drinking most of the night and played enjoyed some of the random activities. I ended up staying up until about 2 in the morning drinking with random people.
Woke up at 730 Saturday, had some coffee and headed up the mountain to demo a bike on the trails. It was fun but very humbling, the trails were technical and I had never ridden before. Drank all day again.
Yesterday I spent on the couch, hungover. The wife managed to slice her hand open at work around 10 pm last night, and she spent the night at the ER so I got little to no sleep.
Work is going to be a bitch today.

Setting up a Bill Starr template to start on Monday. I think 3x per week would be best for my schedule right now, and I need to work on getting my numbers back up a bit.

Almost posted an "inb4" when I mentioned I was doing Bill Starr
I set up the numbers pretty low, but even with comfortable numbers, I can have my squat and deads very close to where they were at my "prime".
I did edit the bench and make it 10 rep sets until my wrist heals, and swapped overhead press for decline.

With me not competing, I'm just more concerned with getting my body dimensions how I want them for now, and that involves trying to at least bring them up. I'm not going to have like 3 arms days per week or anything, I'm doing 5x5 anyway.
